Thousands invited to join the Public Panel on Care

From Monday 21 September, thousands of households across England will begin receiving letters inviting them to register their interest in joining the Public Panel on Care.

The Panel is part of our Big Conversation on Care and will bring together around 125 people from different backgrounds and communities across England to discuss some of the big questions about the future of adult social care.

Panel members will hear different perspectives, learn about the issues at the heart of adult social care reform and work together to explore where there might be common ground.

You don’t need any previous experience or knowledge of adult social care to take part. Letters are being sent to randomly selected addresses across England, and anyone aged 18 or over living at an invited address can register.

If you receive a letter, you can register your interest by Sunday 11 October, using the details in your invitation.
